Recently closed: When accounting selects "closed", automatically moves the job to the recently closed tab.
Generate weekly report: Sort the list by job type, click on generate weekly report, save the pdf print file and distribute to the company to review weekly and report closed jobs to department heads.

AMs flag job readiness via the 4-item checklist. Accounting tracks status independently. Two lanes, one source of truth — no more spreadsheet round-trips. Once a job closes, it moves to the Recently Closed tab.
