Dock Intake: Snap multiple photos of the box (labels/contents), scan/type tracking #, and submit. Auto-matches to jobs; unidentified boxes go to the Triage Queue.
Intake Editing: If you make a mistake, use the "Recently Received" queue at the bottom of the start screen to edit details or photos, and resend the email notification.
Event Return Check-In: Select job, upload outbound manifest (Excel), verify returned item quantities and mark conditions (Good/Damaged/Missing), upload photos, and submit.
AM View (Desktop) Flow
Triage Queue: Click unidentified cards to inspect all captured photos, edit details, or claim & resolve them to a job.
All Logs: Browse, search, and edit any historical receiving records.
Requests Inbox: The searchable home for inbound heads-ups, inventory pulls, returns & adhoc asks. Log a request with + New Request; expected inbounds appear automatically from the Regional Order Tracker. When a matching box is received, the request closes itself.
