About Exhibit Projects Sync
This panel displays all active, open job logs of type Exhibit (defined by jobType === 'Exhibit' and accountingStatus === 'open') synced from NetSuite.
- Production Order: Check this off once the warehouse receives the finalized structural shop prints and builds/customizations are ready to begin.
- Tasks Issued: Check this off when specific fabrication/packing tasks are dispatched to the floor builders and technicians.
- Ready to Close: Check this off once materials are completed, packed into crates, verified, and ready for outbound shipment. When all three steps are checked, the job is ready for final invoicing/archive.
